The Office of Management and Budget (OMB), which is an office reporting to the Office of the County Administrator, is seeking a detail-oriented, innovative, and collaborative individual to lead a team of two analysts and manage the Debt Management and Administration function within the Capital Budget and Long-Range Planning Division. OMB leads the county government in high quality budget strategy and development, capital planning, debt management, resource allocation, and financial analysis. The team prioritizes innovation, creative and critical problem solving, and high-quality customer service.


An ideal Debt Manager will share a passion for local government, prioritize problem solving and collaboration, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. The successful candidate should also have a team-oriented approach, not only with those within OMB, but also across County departments, the Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS), and with outside consultants to include Financial Advisors and Bond Counsel among others. Additionally, extremely strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills are a must. This position performs complex work related to debt management and administration that includes managing the County's outstanding debt and bond issuance process for County and School capital projects.

Assistant Director - Office of Management & Budget

Loudoun County

Loudoun County, Virginia's Office of Management and Budget (OMB) seeks an Assistant Director to lead the Operating Budget Planning and Policy Division. This role is pivotal in guiding the County's annual budget process and is key in providing organizational solutions in a fast-paced environment.


As part of OMB, which reports directly to the County Administrator, you will advise senior executives, including all county department and agency heads, guide budget development, and lead a dynamic and highly efficient team responsible for the County's annual operating budget. This position will manage the development, monitoring, and execution of the County's operating budget, including revenue management and tax policy work related to Loudoun's fast-growing data center industry. Financial Reporting Manager

Prince William County

Prince William County’s Financial Reporting and Control Division is looking for a qualified candidate experienced in governmental accounting, especially with capital asset, leases, subscription-based IT agreements, Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) compilation, and the implementation of Government Accounting Standard Board (GASB) standards.


We are seeking an extremely talented individual willing to lead a diverse team of highly motivated, professional level staff and be an instrumental part of the day-to-day responsibilities related to financial reporting and technical GASB implementation. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with GASB based financial accounting and reporting standards as well as identifying and implementing process improvements and monitor existing internal controls. This individual works well in a collaborative, team environment with others at the same level as them and others in varying position levels in County Departments and Agencies. Become involved in a variety of interesting and challenging work assignments and projects. This position reports directly to the Comptroller/Assistant Director of Finance of Financial Reporting & Control (FRC).

A boutique privately held financial services firm in Richmond is hiring a new Contracts Administrator. This position will assist and manage all aspects of the company business contracts, proposal preparation and submission as well as procurement of services in conjunction with the business development efforts of the company.

Daily duties will include research, evaluation of prospects, assess risk vs reward. Manage contract renewals.

Successful candidate will have strong verbal communication skills; excellent writing skills; collaborative and team centric capabilities and a desire to become a part of a growing successful company who is offering services to a specialty niche industry.
